This 6-week course is our most popular program and takes you step-by-step through the fundamental teachings of mindfulness for everyday life and the workplace. The focus of this course is to gain self-awareness, manage stress and to train your attention to be more focused and engaged. By gaining awareness, we are able to better interact with the people around us and work more efficiently and mindfully as a team.
The practice of mindfulness/meditation is a scientifically proven technique that helps staff manage stress, improve productivity and achieve a healthy work-life balance.
