Kila brings wide experience and qualifications to Mindfulmooves online programs and services. She utilises her health science degree and incorporates her knowledge, backed up by the latest research to provide valuable input into Mindfulmooves.

With her international upbringing she has worked in multi national companies around the globe in a variety of business roles. This has given Kila a practical understanding of the pressures of corporate life and organisational needs. Her background ensures she tailors the Mindfulmooves corporate health programs to effectively assist companies deal with employee stress and other related issues.

Kila has practiced yoga and meditation for more than 15 years and is a qualified teacher. she loves sharing her passion teaching adults and children the benefits of mind, body and breath awareness. Balancing a young family, she understands the importance of good nutrition and a healthy lifestyle. Kila enjoys blending her personal and professional experience creating nutritional ideas without the need to spend hours in the kitchen.

Kila loves to travel, outdoor adventures, skiing, yoga, reading and being with her family.

Meet Melo

With his adventurous spirit, Melo’s professional career has spanned 30 years of diverse backgrounds. His passion has always lead him to interesting roles as a wellness practitioner, health and fitness professional and dynamic presenter. He is so happy to combine his two lifelong passions of movement and meditation and to share it with the world.

Melo has developed health and movement based programs, which have been delivered in health clubs, various hospitals and mental health clinics. His mindful movement based programs have helped many people overcome stress, depression anxiety, and other health issues.

As an avid traveler, Melo has been fortunate enough to develop many of his unique skills and knowledge, both professionally and personally, with world-renowned teachers. He is owner/director of a successful health and wellness business where he passionately shares his knowledge and experience to give his clients the best possible outcomes.

Melo loves adventure travel, mountain hiking, the ocean, martial arts and traveling with his family.
