As a certified mindfulness facilitator with over 25 years experience, Melo will share his passion on all things mindfulness and meditation with you in this course. Melo has the unique ability to make mindfulness practice accessible for everybody. Professionally, he shares programs to large corporate companies, sporting clubs, mental health clinics, hospitals, health retreats and public workshops. He has been described as a dynamic presenter and facilitator with an amazing depth of knowledge. When he's not working he loves travelling with his family or hanging out in nature. He has cycled, trekked and travelled through Africa, Asia, India, Himalaya, Europe and USA (where he learnt the real lessons of mindfulness on the road).
